Improving the legal framework on the conditions for enterprises providing services of sending Vietnamese workers abroad for employment and recommendations for improvement

Abstract

The service of sending Vietnamese workers abroad for employment is a form of sending Vietnamese workers abroad for employment that is provided by for-profit enterprises. Given the specific nature of this activity and the need to protect Vietnamese workers employed overseas, the law must establish detailed and stringent requirements for enterprises providing this service. This article examines the legal provisions governing Vietnamese enterprises facilitating overseas employment, identifies certain shortcomings in their implementation, and proposes recommendations to enhance these provisions. The goal is to improve the quality of enterprises involved in sending workers abroad.
