Right to be presumed innocent under the Constitution and the guarantee of its enforcement in Vietnam at present

Abstract

Through the general perception of the right to be presumed innocent and the legal development of the right to be presumed innocent, the paper offers comments and raises some issues of guaranteeing the enforcement of the provisions of the Constitution on the right to be presumed innocent in Vietnam at present.
