LIMITS OF TRIAL AT FIRST INSTANCE BY PROSECUTION

Abstract

Prosecution not only leads to the exercise of jurisdiction of courts of first instance but also sets the limits  for exercising the  jurisdiction of those courts. The paper analyses the limits of trial at first instance by the validity of prosecution of procuracies including ‘in personam’, ‘in rem’ and ‘by name of crime’ limits of trial.
