ON THE USAGE OF LEGAL TERMS AND EXPRESSIONS IN SOME PROVISIONS OF THE 2015 CIVIL CODE

Abstract

The paper clarifies the inconsistence of the usage of some legal terms and expressions in some provisions of the 2015 Civil Code and based on that it offers proposals for improving the 2015 Civil Code in regard to the usage of the above mentioned legal terms and expression.
