CONFORMABILITY OF THE 2015 CRIMINAL CODE WITH THE LAW ON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND SOME PROPOSALS

Abstract

The paper analyses and assesses the conformability of the 2015 Criminal Code in regard to the information technology crimes with the Law on information technology in regard to the prohibited acts and based on that it offers some proposals for improving the 2015 Criminal Code in regard to the information technology crimes, meeting the requirements for preventing and combating these crimes in practice.
