RECOGNITION AND ENFORCEMENT OF CIVIL JUDGMENTS AND DECISIONS OF FOREIGN COURTS UNDER THE 2015 CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE

Abstract

The paper analyses some new provisions and indicates the shortcomings of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code in regard to recognition and enforcement or non-recognition  of  civil judgments and decisions of foreign courts and offers proposals for improvement.
