Abstract

The paper clarifies some inadequacies of the 2003 Criminal Procedure Code and the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code in regard to initiation, investigation, prosecution and trial of criminal cases where a person commits various crimes and thereby offers some proposals to improve the related provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code.
