DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE INSITUTION OF LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The paper analyses and assesses the current situation of small and medium enterprises and the status quo of the law on assistance for enterprises in general and small and medium enterprises in particular in Vietnam. Based on that, the paper offers some proposals to improve the institution of legal assistance for small and medium enterprises.
