THE 2015 CIVIL CODE AND THE INTERNATIONAL TENDENCY TO RECOGNISE CONFLICT OF LAWS IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Abstract

The paper summarises and assesses the international tendency to recognise conflict of laws in intellectual property, and reviews the new related provisions of the 2015 Civil Code in the context of the above mentioned tendency. On that basis, the paper offers comments and suggestions on the need to specify the related provisions of the Civil Code in the coming time.
