PROPOSALS FOR IMPROVING SOME PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON HEALTH INSURANCE TO MEET THE GOAL OF UNIVERSAL COVERAGE OF HEALTH INSURANCE

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the inadequacies of some provisions of the current Law on health insurance, the paper offers some proposals for improving those provisions, contributing to the effectiveness enhancement  of health insurance in Vietnam at present.
