CONCEPT OF JUSTICE AND PROPOSAL TO INCLUDE THE “JUSTICE AND LAW” MODULE INTO LLB CURRICULUM

Abstract

The paper analyses the concept of justice and the concept of law, clarifies the similarities and the differences between these two concepts and submits a proposal to include the “Justice and Law” module into LLB curriculum in Vietnam.
