CURRENT SITUATIONOF THE USE OF WATER RESOURCES IN MEKONG RIVER UNDER THE 1995 MEKONG AGREEMENT –SOLUTIONS TO COPE WITH FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

The paper introduces the values of Mekong River, analyses the violations of some member states of the 1995 Mekong Agreement and offers Vietnam some solutions to cope with the current situation to sustainably maintain the ecological environment of Mekong River in Vietnam.
