Abstract

Acceding to the TPP is an event which has  huge impacts on the economic institution of Vietnam as it brings many challenges as well as opportunities for the country on the way to deeply integrate into the world’s economy. The TTP’s challenges facing Vietnam relate to many different institutions including the tax institution - an area maniefesting rather weaknesses of Vietnam in the context of international integration and market economy development. The paper analyses the TPP’s challenges facing the tax institution.
