Abstract

This article introduces the Constitution of Bhutan through its fundamental values. The Constitution maniefests the reception and update of modern notions of constitutionalism on the one hand, and it preserves traditional values and generates humanity values, on the other hand. This could become lessons learnt for Vietnam to improve its Constitution.
