CONVENTION AGAINST TORTURE AND OTHER CRUEL, INHUMAN OR DEGRADING TREATMENT OR PULISHMENT AND MEASURES TO EFFECTIVELY IMPLEMENT THE STATE PARTY’S OBLIGATIONS OF VIETNAM

Abstract

The paper generally introduces the contents of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Publishment and assesses the course to accede to the Convention and to implement the state party’s obligations of Vietnam. Based on that, the paper analyses some requirements and measures regarding the effective implementation of the state party’s obligations of Vietnam.
