CONTROL OVER LEGISLATIVE POWERS OF THE PARLIAMENT IN SOME COUNTRIES AND EXPERIENCES FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

On the basis of proving the necessity of control over legislative powers of the parliament, the paper analyses the forms of control over legislative powers of the parliament in some countries; the current situation of control over legislative powers of the National Assembly and offers solutions for raising the effectiveness of control over the exercise of legislative powers of the National Assembly in Vietnam at present.
