THE HAGUE CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION AND THE POSSIBILITY OF VIETNAM TO ACCEDE TO IT
Abstract
The paper introduces sone main contents of the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. It concludes that for the purpose of best protection of children’s rights, it is meaningful and neccessary to accede to the Convention. The paper also recommends that Vietnam should accede to the Convention and soon implement some works to effectively implement the Convention.
