GOODS TRADE LIBERALISATION OF ASEAN IN THE COURSE OF FORMATION, CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE ASEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY

Abstract

The paper analyses, and comments on, the legal mechanism for goods trade liberalisation of ASEAN; examines and evaluates the roadmap and practice of tax liberalisation and non-tariff barrier elimination of ASEAN; and assesses the impacts of goods trade liberalisation of ASEAN on the course of formation, construction and development of the ASEAN Economic Community.
