Superficies rights under the civil law of Vietnam

Abstract

The paper presents signs to identify superficies rights and analyses the role and meaning of superficies rights in the development of the modern Vietnam’s society. It also analyses and assesses the current legal provisions of Vietnam on superficies rights. On that basis, the paper offers recommendations for improving the law in this regard.
