Solutions to raise the functional effectiveness and efficiency of Vietnam’s state administive machinery at present

Abstract

The paper analyses and assesses the achieved results, the shortcomings and limitations of the process reforming Vietnam’s state apparatus, especially the state administrative machinery, and based on that offers some main solutions to promote the reform of the state apparatus, meeting the requirements of raising the functional effectiveness and efficiency of the state apparatus.
