Abstract

The paper comments on some issues of principles of,  and conditions for insurance participation and supply of insurance services under the current law of Vietnam to clarify the compatibilities of the law of Vietnam in the context of Vietnam’s accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTTP).
