Policy and law on guaranteeing freedom of belief and religion in Vietnam at present

Abstract

The paper analyses the status quo of the law on guaranteeing freedom of belief and religion in Vietnam. It identifies some inadequacies of the state management of religion and offers some proposals to enhance the effectiveness of the state management to guaratee freedom of belief and religion in Vietnam.
