Resolution of administrative disputes under the law of China

Abstract

The paper focuses on a general analysis of the forms of resolving administrative disputes under the law of China in which it closely examines some new details of the pilot model of administrative reconsideration of China and offers some suggestions for the current practice of Vietnam.
