Accountability of state agencies - Conception and some legal issues

Abstract

The paper comments on conceptions of accountability of state agencies. It analyses the characteristics of, and classifies accountability of state agencies. It also points out some shortcomings and inadequacies of the law on accountalibity of state agencies, and then offers some proposals to improve the law in this regard.
