The contents of regulatory impact assessment in law-making process

Abstract

In law-making process, regulatory impact assessment with regard to economic impacts, social impacts, environmental impacts, gender impacts, impacts of administrative procedures and impacts on the legal system plays a very important role and determines the policy quality. The paper focuses on clarifying the contents of regulatory impact assessment in law-making process for more effectively implementing the current law in this regard.
