Ensuring the right to equality of parties under the civil procedural law of Vietnam

Abstract

Ensuring the right to equality of parties is an important issue of the civil procedural law, aiming at the reliable exercise of this right in practice. The paper is a study of some theoretical issues on ensuring the right to equality of parties under the civil procedural law such as the concept, characteristics and the significance of ensuring the right to equality of parties under the civil procedural law; and the theoretical foundation and the main contents of the law on ensuring the right to equality of parties under the civil procedural law.
