Defining the law applicable to inheritance relations involving foreign elements under the law of Vietnam

Abstract

The paper analyses and evaluates Articles 680 and 681 of the  2015 Civil Code to identify the new points, advantages and disadvantages of these two Articles and based on that it offers recommendations to impove the law on defining the law applicable to inheritance relations involving foreign elements.
