Training commercial law related consultation skills at Hanoi Law University

Abstract

Training commercial law related consultation skills at Hanoi Law University is mainly conducted through the elective coure of commercial law related consultation skills which has been  offered in the LLB program (full-time and credit-based) and the high quality LLB program since 2014. On the basis of analysing and evaluating the current situation of training commercial law related consultation skills, the paper offers proposals to reform and enhance the quality of training law consultation skills in this regard, contributing to improvement of the quality of the human resource trained at Hanoi Law University, and increasingly meeting the social demands.
