Legal provisions on the control board of enterprises - the current situation and solutions for improvement

Abstract

The paper analyses the weaknesses and inadequacies of the current legal provisions on legal status of the control board of enterprises. It offers some recommendations for improving and raising the effectiveness of implementing legal provisions on the control board of enterprises in Vietnam, bringing practical contributions to the stability and sustainable development of enterprises.
