The law on Vietnam entry visa for foreigners - Inadequacies and directions for improvement

Abstract

The paper analyses legal provisions of Vietnam on issuing Vietnam entry visas for foreigners: the use and formats of visa, symbols and duration of visa, conditions for visa issuance and visa exemption, and e-visa. On that basis, the paper evaluates some inadequacies of the law of Vietnam in this regard and suggests the directions for improvement.
