Abstract

The paper agrues for the reform of political-legal thought as an achievement and the ruling experience of our Party in the DOI MOI (renovation) by offering an oview of the establishment and development of politcal-legal thought of the Party; assessing the status quo of the reform of political-legal thought  of the Party after more than 30 years of the DOI MOI (renovation); and analysing opinions of, and directions for reforming political-legal thought  of the Party.
