IMPROVING THE LAW ON ENFORCEMENT OF CIVIL JUDGEMENTS REGARDING COERCIVE MEASURE OF DISTRAINT OF COMMON ASSETS

Abstract

Distraint of assets including distraint of common assets is a neccessary measure applied for enforcement of civil judgements in practice. The paper studies and evaluates current legal provisions on enforcement of civil judgements regarding distraint of common assets unde and on that basis it offers some proposals for improving the related law and raising the effecitiveness and efficency of the coersive measure of distraint of common assets in enforcement of civil judgements in Vietnam.
