Warning as a form of sanctions in the law on handling of administrative violations

Abstract

Among the sanctions imposed for administrative violations, warning is a special form commonly used. However, there are still some shortcomings in regulations on this sanction such as: 1) conditions for imposing warning to persons aged fully 16 or older and organizations; 2) the relationship between warningand confiscation of material evidences, means used for administrative violations when sanctioned persons aged between fully 14 and under 16; 3) legislative techniques; 4) competence to apply this kind of sanction. On the basis of the above analysis, the article makes several recommendations to improve the regulations on caution.
