University governance and special features of law university governance

Abstract

Law university governance is a new issue, with a narrow scope of research and evaluation, both from an economic and legal perspective. The objective and results of this paper are to deal with the basic content: the concept of university governance; scope of university governance; special features of law university governance; several points applying  to Hanoi Law University governance.
