Abstract

In the knowledge economy, the intellectual property rights in general and industrial property rights in particular are considered from both civil and commercial perspectives. This article analyses elements which constitute the commercial value of the industrial property rights, its concepts and features in commercial activities; thus explains the formation and recognisation of the basic legal contents on the industrial property rights in commercial activities.
