Abstract

The paper analyses and discusses some points in theoretical awareness as well as in current legal provisions on concept, principals and forms of local authority division and authorization granting to local public administrative agencies; the paper also figures out new points that have been included when amending laws and proposes some ideas to improve legal provisions on local authority division and authorization granting to local administrative agencies.
