Investment law and environmental law on investment in exotic species trading in vietnam

Abstract

Depending on the ability and characteristics of the exotic species, the question lies on  its’harmfulness for the native flora and the economic developmentof a nation. . In order to limit negative impacts and promote positive effects on the environment, biodiversity and economic development, the investment and the environmental law provide investment regulations on exotic species trading. However, these regulations are contradictory, inconsistent, incompleted with different interpretations that hinder the processes of exotic species trading. The article give several reviews and comments on current regulations of the investment law, environmental law on investment in exotic species trading and recommends solutions to improve the law in this area.
