Coercive and forced escort in criminal procedure: A comparative research among the law of Vietnam, The Russia Federation and The Republic of France. Some recommendations suggested for law improvement in Vietnam

Abstract

Coercive and forced escort are the coercive measures to ensure the presence of the person at the location of the investigation, prosecution or trial. This article analyzes the provisions following the Criminal Procedure Code of Vietnam, The Russian Federation and The Republic of France which based on comparative law. Thereby, this article points out several issues on objects and procedures in the implementation of coercive delivery and forced escort in Vietnam and recommendations for improvement.
