The role of the National Assembly in the building of the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam

Abstract

With the orientation to build a strong National Assembly to meet the requirements of perfecting the organizational apparatus to fulfill the requirements of the process of building the rule of law state, there should be specific studies and assessment on the role of the National Assembly in meeting the characteristics of the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam. On the basis of assessing the characteristics of the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam, the article analyzes and points out the role of the National Assembly in ensuring the characteristics of the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam.
