The measures to promote gender equality in the labour field

The 2006 Law on Gender Equality clearly stipulates measures to promote gender equality in the labor sector. However, the implementation of these measures has not been effective, leading to the fact that the gender gap in the labor sector remained high. This articles analyzes the features of the law on gender equality in the field of labor; detect the inadequacies and limitations of measures to promote gender equality in the labor sector. It also points out practical obstacles in implementing these measures and then proposes measures to improve the implementation efficiencyto promote gender equality in the labor sector, contributing to the achievement of gender equality goals.
