Investment conditions according to the 2020 Law on Enterprises

Abstract

Investment conditions are important contents in Vietnamese legal framework for investment. By means of comparative jurisprudence, the author has analyzed and evaluated new points of the Law on Enterprises 2020 on investment conditions in order to present a comprehensive view of the formation of this regulation. At the same time, based on practical problems, the author proposes recommendations to improve the regulations on business investment conditions from the perspective of the 2020 Law on Enterprises.
