Copyright infringement and recommendations to enhance Vietnamese copyright regulations

Abstract

The article analyzes the concept and consequences of acts of copyright infringement; it provides an overview of the provisions of Vietnam's intellectual property law on copyright infringement, with references to regulations from other countries. The Article also presents some proposals for amending the copyright legislation based on an analysis of the existing state of copyright infringement in Vietnam in recent years.
