The relationship between the practice of democracy and the strengthening of the rule of law and social discipline under the Documents of the 13th National Party Congress

Abstract

Democracy, the rule of law, and social discipline are phenomena that are closely related and are conditions of each other. In order to strengthen the building of a rule of law state in the coming time, the Communist Party of Vietnam has emphasized the need to well resolve the relationship between the practice of democrary and strengthening the rule of law and social discipline. This article reflects the views of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the relationship between the practie of democracy and the strengthening of the rule of law and social discipline under the Document of the 13th National Party Congress.
