Theories on state immunities and development trends around the world

Abstract

Based on the study of theoretical and popular aspects of state immunity, this paper explores on the development of the theories on state imunity and provide some remarks on the future development of this principle around the world. This paper concludes that the development of state immunity provision is a universal trend and in the future, state immunity provision will continue to develop in the direction of increasing the restriction of immunity for states in civil transactions with with foreign elements.
