Refining legal provisions on cassation appeal in civil cases

Abstract

A cassation appeal is a decision that can change the nature of a case, directly affectting the enforcement of legally effective judgments and decisions, as well as the rights and obligations of the invovled parties. This paper analyzes the current provisions on cassation appeal in civil proceedings, the practical application of cassation appeal, and proposes some solutions to refine the provisions on cassation appeal.
