Issues in submitting claims, documents, evidence related to personal and family secrets in electronic form

Abstract

The article analyzes some limitations and challenges from current regulations and practices of sending petition electronically with attached documents and evidence related to personal and family secrets in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which has been affecting and changing global trend in dispute settlement methods. At the same time, this article also analyzes some online dispute settlement models of countries worldwide, from which it compares and proposes some solutions to gradually implement these models in Vietnam.
