Preventing the crime of importing and spreading invasive alien species

Abstract

This article provides an overview of some invasive species that have appeared and evolved in Vietnam; makes assessment to shed light on the negative impacts of these invasive species as the consequences of their unlawful importation and spreading; as well as proposing some preventive measures to minimize the negative effects of these species on the biodiversity, ecosystem, economy and human health.
