Abstract

From the 19th century, two main types of judicial review have been developed, namely the American decentralized model and the centralized Continental European model. This article analyzes the historical origins and features of these two models in a comparative approach. It then evaluates the convergence tendency of these two models in recent years. From the development of these models, the paper would submit some suggestions for Vietnam.
