Refining regulations on standard form contracts under the Civil Code 2015

Abstract

Standard form contracts play a key role in different fields of life. Nevertheless, the current regulations on standard form contracts remain conflicting, which affects the rights and interests of parties, especially those being the offeree in a contract. Hence, the refinement of regulations on standard form contracts, especiallyunder the Civil Code 2015, shall be highly important. This article presents several issues of the regulations on standard form contracts under the Civil Code regarding the overall structure, definition, formation, content and form, as well as providing detailed solutions for improvement.
