Improving the measures to ensure the freezing of accounts and assets of debtor under the Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgement in Vietnam

Abstract

The paper researches and evaluates provisions of the Law on Civil Enforcement regarding the measures to ensure the freezing of accounts and assets of the judgement debtor. By refering to practical application to identify issues and inadequacies, the paper proposes suggestions to improve the Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgements in Vietnam regarding the condition, time limit and procedures for applying measures to ensure the freezing of the judgement debtor’s accounts and assets.
